OUR EXPERTISE IN COMMERCIAL LITIGATION
Our expertise in commercial litigation is extensive, having both prosecuted and defended matters in every jurisdiction in Australia for clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations. Usually at any one time our firm is engaged in multiple matters before the courts of NSW and the Commonwealth and in particular before the Supreme Court of NSW. Having extensive experience in litigation allows us to act for clients in engaging in dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediations with confidence, knowledge, and skill.
For us, the most important objective is to ascertain an overall result which is in the best interests of our clients, sometimes that includes reaching settlements and compromises, but at other times it means seeing a matter through to the end of a contested trial.
Either way, our clients are in skilled, experienced, and capable hands.We believe it is a testament to our standing in the legal profession that based on the results of a survey conducted by us internally of our cases over the last 5 years to date, that more than 85% of them were matters referred or transferred to us by other lawyers (including specialist barristers) and other law firms.
