Our Practice
Our practice was established in 2001.
We offer a level of experience and know how that is usually only associated with engaging a large firm.
JSM Lawyers and Notaries regularly deals with major litigation matters, large commercial transactions including multinational and international transactions, and property and estate transactions.
In addition to that, we provide the full range of Notarial services. At the same time our clients have easy access to our office and their lawyers, enjoying a cordial and yet professional relationship.

MARGUERITE
Public Notary, Solicitor, & Partner
James Michos was admitted as a solicitor and barrister to the Supreme Court of NSW in 1998.
James has practiced in multiple areas of law over decades.
His background having practiced in the areas of Banking and Finance, Commercial Transactions, Property and Development, Trusts and Structuring, and Wills and Estates, have given him all the tools necessary to be an effective litigation expert.
Normally James appears in matters before the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia. James is also fluent in Greek.
Marguerite Kik was admitted as a Lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2007, and also as a Notary Public in 2014.
Marguerite has been working at JSM Lawyers prior to her admission her experience in the law started from 2002.
Marguerite provides extensive legal services ranging from Property Conveyancing, Purchase and Sale of Businesses, Commercial Leasing, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Administration of Estates, Public Notary Services, and all forms of Property Law.
Marguerite is also fluent in Dutch and German.
